Veggie Hero has been designed for the nutritional needs of kids over 12 months of age, however, if you reduce the serving size of Veggie Hero to 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) and add it to your homemade purees, then it's a great addition of extra nutrition for your little person from 6 months up.
