Yes, we are 100% NZ-owned and operated. All our stock is located in New Zealand and is ready to be shipped to you!
Do you hold all stock in New Zealand?
Yes, we hold stock on-site and aim to fulfil your order within 1 business day.

What courier company do you use?
We use NZ Post.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping around NZ (including rural) is available on all orders over $149.
Do you deliver to P.O. boxes?
Yes, we deliver to P.O. boxes.
Do you ship to Australia?

Do you deliver Worldwide?
International shipping is available upon request. Please contact us for a quote.
Will I need to pay any duties or taxes when ordering from overseas?
When a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due upon arrival of the package in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.
What's the dispatch time?
We aim to fulfil your order within one business day.
What is your cut-off time?
The cut-off time for the order to be dispatched the same day is 11 am. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number.
I haven't received my tracking number. What should I do?
Please check your spam folder. If you can't find it there and it has been over 2 business days since ordering, please contact us.
My order is marked as delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately, as we will need to investigate this matter. Please note that it's the customer's responsibility to track the order and notify us immediately, and no later than 7 business days, if the parcel hasn't been received once it's marked as "Delivered" by the courier company.
When will my order arrive?
The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days, depending on your location, unless there are issues beyond our control. Rural areas typically require an additional 2-3 business days.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
The signature on delivery isn't required, and often the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place for you. However, for higher-value parcels, a signature may be required. If you require signature delivery or have any specific delivery instructions, please leave a note upon checkout.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments and bank deposits.
AfterPay and ZipPay NZ are also available at the checkout.
Can I pick up my order?
Pick-up is available at 11 Meharg Place, Fairview Heights, Auckland, 0632. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a Ready for Pick Up Notification with further instructions.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order hasn't been dispatched, you are welcome to cancel it.
Can I return or exchange a product?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange it for a refund, store credit or an alternative product, within 30 days of your purchase. The returned product must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags still intact. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase or order number. Please refer to our refund policy for more details.
How can I request a return?
You can request a return by emailing us at info@healthysnacks.nz or by simply logging into your account and clicking on the item you would like to return. Select a return reason and click Request Return. For more details, please click here.
