Refund policy

OVERVIEW

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to exchange it for a refund, store credit or an alternative product within 30 days of your purchaseThe returned product must be unused, in the original packaging (with all tags still intact), and in a resalable condition. You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase or order number. 

We offer a replacement warranty for products with manufacturing defects that generally come to light within the first few weeks of use. If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy.

For any returns outside of faulty or damaged goods, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs, and initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

We aren't responsible for general wear and tear, including discolouration, tears, rips, scratches and chips.

Replacement parts are subject to availability. If we do not have a particular part in stock, we will inform you of the expected delivery date.

DAMAGES & LOSSES

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The claiming period for loss is thirty (30) days from the date of despatch and seven (7) days after delivery of goods for damage.

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards and food items. Sales items can only be refunded if the product is faulty.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Otherwise, your return request will be declined, and the item will be returned to you. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know the resolution. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 4 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Please note that we do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.
