Submit a Return Request
Want to return something you purchased? It has never been easier to submit a return request online:
1. Simply log into your account here.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store if needed.
5. Click Request return.
For any returns outside faulty or damaged goods, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs and original shipping costs are non-refundable.
After the product is returned and we confirmed that it hasn't been used and is in the same condition as you received it, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
