Shipping policy

Don't like paying for shipping? We are offering FREE NZ SHIPPING on orders over NZ$150! Alternatively, our New Zealand shipping fees are:

* The RURAL delivery surcharge is $5.00 extra 

The Chatham Islands are subject to special weight-based shipping rates, and free shipping is not available in this region.  

All goods are packed carefully and securely to ensure they arrive safely. The expected delivery time is 2-4 business days, depending on your location, unless there are issues beyond our control. Rural usually takes 2-3 extra business days.

Please ensure you select the correct shipping option (RURAL or NON-RURAL) at checkout, as our system will not fulfil your order if there is an error between the destination and the paid delivery rate. If you are unsure which rate to choose, please visit www.addresscheck.co.nz to confirm whether your address is rural or standard. 

Please leave a note upon checkout if you require signature delivery or have any specific instructions.

We hold stock on-site and fulfil your order within one business day. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an automatic email with your tracking number. 

The customer must track the order and notify us immediately, and no later than 7 business days, if the parcel hasn't been received once it is marked as "Delivered" by the courier company, so we can investigate this matter. Please note that we cannot be held liable for stolen parcels.

Do you live in Auckland and would like to pick up your order? Not a problem! The pick-up option is available from Albany, Auckland, 0632. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a Ready for Pick Up Notification with further instructions. 

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal payments and bank deposits. AfterPay and Zip Pay are available at the checkout. All prices are shown in NZ Dollars. 

International shipping is available to Australia. Our Australian shipping rates are:

Worldwide shipping is available per request. Please get in touch with us for a quote.

Please note that when a package is delivered internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are typically due upon arrival in the destination country and are the recipient's responsibility.

The buyer must comply with the import laws established by the destination country. We are not responsible for any goods that are seized or destroyed by Customs and Border Protection in the recipient’s country, or any charges that might be associated with it. If Customs destroys an item, we cannot provide a refund. We cannot refund items that have been opened, damaged, or inspected by Customs.
