What can you pack in your GoBe Lunchbox and Snack Spinner? The lunchbox compartment can comfortably fit half a sandwich or a whole sandwich, depending on how big it is and how you cut it up. Packaging dry or moist solid foods is recommended for the snack spinner: crackers, cut-up fruit, nuts, cheese, and pretzels! Avoid snacks with a more liquid consistency, like apple sauce, yoghurt, etc.
Recommended for school-aged children.

The snack Spinner and inner pieces of the lunchbox can be hand-washed or dishwasher-safe - top rack only. The lunchbox outer shell is hand-washed only. Do not use it in the microwave.
